Welcome to the Australian Association of Government School Administrators

AAGSA represents and supports state school administrators across Australia and across all school sectors including High Schools, Primary Schools, P-12 Colleges and Special Education. Since 2004 AAGSA has been committed to supporting, and building the capacity of its members across all state schools.

AAGSA membership comprises of members from Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania and Victoria.It has a strong structure and provides a range of support and services indicative of a proactive professional organisation.

AAGSA communicates effectively with and on behalf of school administrators to ensure that the support of leadership in government schools are key aspects of the AAGSA agenda.

AAGSA provides a voice at the highest levels on behalf of its members. AAGSA works to lobby the Government and relevant bodies to ensure that the educational needs of the students in our schools are properly addressed and state schools are resourced appropriately.

Through AAGSA you will be provided with a range of opportunities and services to make a difference at a national level to the pivotal role of the school administrator.
